Shortly after, in 2013, Eric Sullano joined the company, bringing a technical background and a deep understanding of what it takes to find and engage top engineering and product talent. Together, Michelle and Eric built JumpSearch into a boutique recruiting agency known for delivering personalized service and elite candidates.
Over the years, as they worked closely with founders, a pattern emerged: even with strong hires in place, leaders were still bogged down by operations, overwhelmed by context-switching, and under-leveraged in their ability to scale. This led to a natural expansion into virtual assistant services, and later, into AI-powered automation—enabling clients to offload low-leverage tasks and implement scalable systems.
